Sometimes I bite off more than I can chew. This is one of those times.

I had wanted to collect as many Willetts as possible to try and do a proper vertical. Or whatever you call it when you review a NAS and a bunch of whiskies that go up in age, one year by one year.

I honestly thought it’d be fun.

And I ended up with quite a few samples. However some samples turned out to be harder to find then others, and then my wife mentioned that I should abstain from swapping for awhile because we were running out of room for samples.

Sigh.

So here’s my little shrine to Willett today.
