Meat & Produce (a PR firm in Toronto) approached us about hosting an event to celebrate the re-launch of Angel’s Envy into Canada. We don’t do a lot of bourbon events so we thought this could be a good opportunity to give members a look at this brand. Of course to prep for it, I had to finish off my old bottle of AE!

The event was held at CLIO, a social club at King & Portland and was by FAR the bougiest event we’ve had to date with a fantastic AE cocktails and a charcuterie spread to kick off the evening with some social time:

Next came the main event. The tasting set-up by CLIO/M&P was fantastic complete with chocolate pairings:

The tasting was led by folks from the brand team, who walked us through a tasting of the port-finished bourbon and the rum-finished rye (which isn’t yet available in Canada):

Everyone got VERY into it as you can see!

And finally, everyone went home with a bottle of the bourbon! All in all, a fantastic event with great people. M&P sure put on a show and could do the same for others i’m sure! CLIO is an amazing venue with multiple bookable spaces, great food and service! Highly recommend looking into it for your own events.
