Bedford Park is a Toronto-based independent bottler who we’ve used for our last two custom bottlings . We’ve long said we needed to do a tasting with them, and in April it finally happened. We didn’t take many pictures, but the line-up was well-received and favourites varied greatly!

- 6yr Corn whisky – kentucky distilled (rumoured to be Heaven Hill), aged in the UK
- Linkwood Super 8 – a barrel picked for a Michelin star restaurant in the UK
- Ben Nevis 7 – a funky Nevis finished in Oloroso
- Burnside 25yr – a teaspooned Balvenie finished in a first fill Oloroso hogshead
- Ledaig 13yr – finished in a Chateau Talbot barrique
- Bunnahabhain Staoisha 11yr – finished in a tawny port cask
The artwork on the latter 4 you can see are part of a theme of Chess pieces, stay tuned for new releases on their website for the complete set! Some are available still as well.

Also launching soon – branded glencairn holders!
