As a “break” from the distillery exclusives, we jumped over to GlenDronach. Specifically GlenDronach 11 2003 Single Cask PX Sherry Puncheon, a cask that was bottled for Wine & Beyond back in 2014, when we thought we understood madness and turns out we didn’t.

The idea of this was to compare and contrast to an upcoming distillery exclusive (review to follow) and see how the change in peating to not peating may differ between two single casks.

Oh, who am I kidding? The idea was to share whisky with one another and have a good time.
